Terms of service

PNG NEEKS provides web design, ongoing maintenance, select business stationery designs, and basic SEO services. Any copywriting, image sourcing, or advanced SEO is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All websites will include “Designed by: PNG NEEKS” in the footer unless otherwise arranged.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

• The remaining balance is due once the project is complete, but before ownership transfer.

• No refunds are issued after work has started or after delivery.

Before work begins, the client must provide:

• Website content (text and images)

• Branding assets (logo, colors, fonts)

• Product/service information, pricing, and policies

Hosting & Domains: All hosting and domain registration costs are the sole responsibility of the client and must be purchased and active before any design work can begin. If assistance is required in purchasing or setting up hosting and domain, this can be provided as requested.

Feedback & Deadlines: Clients must respond to feedback requests within 12 hours during the 48-hour build. Delays in feedback may push back delivery.

• 2 revision rounds are included.

• Additional revisions are billed at $75 per round.

Once full payment is received, the client owns the completed website. PNG NEEKS retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio..

PNG NEEKS may terminate a project if the client breaches these terms or stops responding. All work completed up to the termination date must still be paid for in full.

PNG NEEKS is not responsible for any loss of revenue, downtime, or security breaches after project handover.

Disputes will be handled through mediation first. If unresolved, matters will proceed to small claims court under the governing laws of the GTA.
